CP+MP = Magma Soap

I have never tried  to make a MP soap, but when Amy  from Great Cakes Soapworks wrote on her blog about the challenge of mixing CP and MP technique, I thought it would be interesting for me to give it a try. The tutorials given by Anne –Marie and  Amy  was a great help, I followed their steps  but using my own recipe. For my soap I had ¼ MP soap which I coloured with rose ochre  and ¾ CP soap which I divided in 3 different parts: a white part, an indigo part and a part coloured with a little bit of indigo and red ochre.  The technique I used was the layers technique .

Ingredients: coconut oil, castor oil, palm oil, olive oil, cacao butter, almond oil, MP base, water, Patchouli essential oil, Italian Rose Ochre,  Indigo.

It was fun trying this Magma Soap, I wasn’t  aware that it was possible trying MP and CP soap until …today :)

Thank you Amy for hosting this original challenge.
