I was following a link on Pinterest for Revani Cake. I don’t see it in your recipes. Can you help? Thanks.

Hello Joyce, I was planning to post it one of these days, but I can share it with you here also: Use a cup of 350 ml as measure cup. 1/2 cup semolina, 1/2 dessicated coconut, 1/2 olive oil, 500 gr yogurt, 1/2 cup coconut sugar, 5-6 dates(you can also replace the coconut sugar by adding more dates like 10), 4 eggs, vanilla powder, 2ts baking soda+vinegar. Mix it and bake it for 35-40 min at 170C. Once baked, cover the cake while still warm with a syrup made of 2TbSp honey/agave + the juice of a 1/2 orange( or orange water) + 2/3 water. Let me know how it was 🙂
